I have two types of programs. Both are available in person or online.

Master Class:

My most popular class, available online or in person

Duration 6 months

  • Here I will meet you once a week for the first 4 months and then an alternative weeks in the last two months.
  • I will provide a personalized plan according to your health goals.
  • I will guide you on how to identify the right food according to your body.
  • You will get free recipes.
  • This course also includes guidance for pantry makeovers, self-care, gratitude journal, and meditation practice.
  • I will be available to chat 5 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm PST.

At the end of the course, you will discover a new person inside you!

  • Here you will get recipes for 7 days, that include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • You can continue that for one month or create your own.
  • There will be a Facebook page where we can post what we are eating.
  • There will be also guidance for everyday physical activities.
